Lydia Goutasmember@fsclubcee.comIn 1999, Lydia joined PLAUT PERSONALBERATUNG , a daughter company of Plaut Austria, which in 2002, after a management buyout, changed its name to LEHNER EXECUTIVE PARTNERS .. Lydia is currently a managing partner and leads an international team serving growing multi-nationals in the region; in particular in the Financial Services Sector . Prior to this, Lydia worked at Webster University in Vienna, serving in several functions including Director of Admissions and successfully co-established the Professional Development Center. A native New Yorker and molecular biologist, she is co-author of several scientific publications during her time at Sloan Kettering Institute. She contributed to publications on women and employment overseas, covered the chemical industry for the book, The Anatomy of Industrial Decline ( Quorum Books) during her MBA studies and currently contributes to the monthly, Economy. Lydia has taught at several universities including the Economics University of Vienna, the University of Innsbruck“s Graduate SAP Program, Webster University and PEF Private University for Management where she also served as academic director for the MSc Program in HR and Organizational Development for the EADS Group( Germany, UK, France). She serves on the advisory board of Webster University, the Austro-American Society and is President of the American Womens Association, a charity organization with 27 different nationalities. In 2008, she joined Thomas Labenbacher, the initiator of the Financial Services Club CEE to jointly chair this extraordinary regional futurist group. |
